We previously used this location when my daughter was a baby and I was working as a teacher. We wanted to re-enroll her bc this location is super convenient to us and we are running our own business now. She went in on a Monday and by that Friday she was sick with a fever and vomiting. I had called Friday morning to let them know ab her being sick and catching it from the daycare, and I had wanted a refund for that day she would be out. Ms. Skye said she would have to talk to the Director. By next Monday my child was coughing, sneezing and had green snot. Apparently your kid can go to daycare as long as their snot is clear? So basically they let sick kids come to daycare, if the parents aren't responsible enough to keep them home at first signs of illness. I called the next Monday to let them know how Chloe's sickness progressed and I didn't want to be charged for days she was sick since she had picked this illness up from daycare. And we had paid for 2 weeks when we started her at daycare. Ms. Skye said I would need to talk to the director. Director was immediately confrontational and even said that there are germs at daycare and Chloe would have to be acclimated to the sickly environment at her daycare. After that, we were stunned and decided right away that this daycare was not going to work out, no matter how convenient to our location. I asked how long I would have to pay for my child to be sick and get acclimated to all the illnesses there. Then my husband jumped on the phone and said we just wanted a refund. The director at first told us we wouldn't be able to be refunded (when she didnt even say she would look up our account, she was immediately combative). My husband called back and told them this call was being recorded. Took them over 5 minutes to get someone on the phone. Then the director looked up our account, said we had been charged twice in one week to where it didn't look like we had a credit, but she would give us a refund for the week Chloe didn't attend. She was on her best behavior when she knew she was being recorded. Avoid.
