Best place I’ve ever worked at the director and co director is so sweet and all staff are great to work with. Miss it here a lot.

Joyce Steele has been an employee with NWCDC since May, 2010 and previously worked with NWCDC for 6 years in 1979. Joyce is passionate about teaching and brings life to her classroom by providing lots of hands on experiences for her students. Joyce earned her BS in Early Childhood from Winston-Salem State University in 1978. When Joyce is not working, she enjoys spending time with her grandson who enjoys playing with video games. Joyce also enjoys fishing and gardening. For relaxation Joyce listens to classical music and enjoys Food Network Channel. Joyce also enjoys being an active church member where she teaches in the children's Sunday School class.

The storage shed has rotting wood planks on the door, and the hinges at the bottom are loose due to rotting wood and screws are exposed creating hazards on the playground.
