I have used this provider for less than 6 months

For starters my child was only at this school during regular preschool hours. Upon picking my child from school one afternoon my husband could hear my child screaming from outside. He knocked for someone to open, no one opened the back door, no problem he walked around to the front walked in and to my child's classroom, my child was still crying. He asked my son what happened and why he was on his knees crying. The teacher on duty let me know he was crying for me. He never cries for me, or his dad. When he got home i asked him what happened. He said someone hit him in his private area. The next day I brought it to the owners attention and asked if I could see the tape to get to the bottom of what actually happened. She totally understood from what I assumed and let me know i could see it the next day. Well this kept happening for about a month. Everyday i would go in sometimes both my husband and I to see this tape. She kept giving me excuses, oh i can't due to my foster kids being on the tape. Let me view it to make sure they're not in the way i can't let you see them. I had no idea about any foster kids until she mentioned it, and i honestly didn't care, hey if they're there cool if not it's still cool I only want to see my son. So then I got to wondering why it would be so difficult for them to let me see what happened on this tape. I called my lawyer because I believe something happened and no one was comforting my son, no one asked if he was ok. They just let it happened, not caring, they let him cry they let these other kids abuse him. I know Kids are going to be kids, I understand that completely. My son is autistic and that's a problem in itself so of someone was hitting or hurting him i wanted to know what i could do as a parent to prevent my son from getting hit, and to help him understand what to do next if this happens again. This school, these teachers didn't give me that option. I was extremely patient with them and they really just didn't care. If they don't care about my special needs child what makes you think they'll care about your child. They won't. Don't waste your time sending your child here. I can only imagine what my poor special needs child endured during these few months.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Daycare withheld food and medicine from my child. Diapers and clothes from my child's bag have been stolen or lost. Managers were rude and parking lot is both disgusting and dangerous. Think twice before going with the cheaper daycare alternative--you get what you pay for.
