I have witnessed the door being left open, a child running to her father.. the staff then got inches from the child's face. Screams at her until she cries and then insults her for crying. Why was the door even locked open?
Second they are closing for 3 days of Christmas week but still charging for a full week?
Third I have seen a worker eating her own food and then pulling a piece off and handing it to a baby.
How do these people stay in business?
This place is awful. Do not send your children here. The staff is rude to adults and to children. I spoke to the owner about my concerns and she made excuses for the staff. Do not send your children here.
