My three grandchidren attend there. The oldest one is 7, she started at 2 months, her other sister (2) and brother (3) all started at 2 months as well. I never had a problem with the teachers or anyone else. My babies were always clean and dry when i came to pick them up and I did not come at the same time every day. The staff was extremely professional. I loved KKZ at Christmas time, they made sure my babies had Christmas presents when i could not afford them. They also gave me a Thanksgiving basket every year.
The owner is very rude to parents,staff,and children. If I could give no stars I would. The ratios of staff to child was always off,they never remembered if you paid or not, and the owner's husband is a drug addict. Dont leave your kids here! They neglect the children and if you don't keep your receipts they will say you owe them money when you really don't! The owner is very disorganized and ignorant.
