My son was only there for a little while I was in the middle of a transition of jobs. They staff and the atmosphere is amazing. I knew that my child was safe and sound when I would drop him off every morning. I felt like even the little time that he was there he had learned so much! If I ever need childcare again and I am up north I will defiantly be going back there!

This facility was awesome until the person running it changed. It went down the toilet fast with the staff verbally abusing the children. I speak from experience and took my son out the second I found out. I STRONGLY discourage ANYONE to EVER use this childcare.

My child has gone to this childcare for 1 year. Some of the teachers are great, others are just horrible. There were numerous times I would drop my child off and I would see a couple children crying (1 year old room). No "teacher" would be comforting the child. They would be sitting around talking with each other. My child is taken outside without a coat on numerous occasions. He would be shaking when I'd pick him up. I have had good experiences with some of the "teachers) but others I would allow my dog to be in their care. I'm going to call the state on them and remove my child from their care A.S.A.P

Horrible place! At first they were all nice and friendly. They made the place sound great for toddlers. My son went a total for 4 times. The first time he seemed happy. The the next three times he was miserable. The staff were very rude to me whenever I asked any questions. He had some marks on him and they could not tell me what happened. They told me that I would get a chart of what he ate and all that. Well all the chart said was what they served for the day not actually what my child ate. I asked if they knew how much of the food he ate and they could not tell me. He was always hungry when I picked him up. Also his first day I brought an unopened thing of wipes and a package of diapers. The fourth day when I picked him up the "teacher" informed me that he had no diapers or wipes and that he was wearing another child's diaper. I had kept all the sheets that tell you how many changes they have and I totaled 7 so what happened to the rest of my diapers and wipes? When asked no one knew. My son cried whenever I even drove by the daycare. So I called and asked he be removed and was told to bring a signed letter to withdraw him so I did. Two months go by and I receive a bill from collection. I got charged even though my son had not attended a single day in the month stated. I never received a phone call saying I owed or a bill in the mail pier to the collection letter. When speaking with collection they informed me that I should never have got a collection bill with out at least receiving something from Giggle Guest Again.

My son goes to "school" here! He was here as an infant and due to job changing locations, I moved him elsewhere. I was able to get him back to this location a few months back and his attitude has made a 360! He is so happy here, the staff is so loving and welcoming. He does fun projects that the staff actually take time with the children to help. My son is 2.5 and can sing his ABCs, he can sing all sorts of songs I didnt learn until kindergarden. He also knows all of his colors! Classes are much more organized than any other daycare, it looks and feels like a school. Teachers are amazing and I will never let him go anywhere else! THANKS STAFF FOR BEING SO GREAT TO OUR WHOLE FAMILY!

My daughter is 10 months old, she has been attending GIGGLING GUEST AGAIN CHILDCARE LLC since she was 3 months old and she loves it there. They do all kinds of fun activities with the infants such as arts and crafts. I would definitely recommend this facility.

My children attended Giggle Guest and I too worked there a few years back. If you want to know you your family is in great hands, this is the place to leave them. Great staff, great owners, the people here really LOVE children. It is more then a daycare, they have a curriculum and the kids have hands-on experience everyday. I have been other places and if I go back to work, this is where my 4 young children will go! Thanks for all your hard work Giggling Guest, you truly are great!!

About the Provider

Giggling Guest Childcare started by Debi Hammel in Spokane, Washington in the year 2000. At the time there was only one location and no immediate plans to start another location. Debi continues to manage the capable teams of qualified care givers at each of our two locations. Even though there wasn't a desire to grow Giggling Guest Childcare rapidly, our reputation for quality childcare with an educational emphasis continued to bring new families. Once suitable alternate locations become available we decided to slowly take on the additional responsibility of replicating what had been working so well at our original location. We now have two childcare centers in Spokane, Washington and we're loving every minute we get to spend with our little customers!
