Terrible providers. Since my daughter was a infant, day care leader has showed zero interest in caring for my daughter. Constantly receiving phone calls of things that my child would only do when no one is paying her attention. It just showed me the providers did not pay her attention or attempt to develop a relationship. Then I could not get answers to bruises and marks on my child. Day care would never tell me when things would happen I would always have to ask. And when asked would receive a answer of they did not know what happened. Claims to be a 24/7 provider service but does not want to work. Daycare leader has no consistency with her own rules and regulations, would allow me at one point (for the past 3-4 months) to call when there were emergencies now I can’t. Choose this provider specifically for flexibility purposes and the daycare has zero flexibility and communication.
