Sauk Village Academy

If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They don't have patience or proper training for children. They gossip about parents and mistreat children because of their distaste for the parents.

They are terribly understaffed and the staff is filled with young, hood rat women from the community that you can run into on a Saturday night at the gas station across the street dressed like hookers and smelling like weed and liquor. They don't honor your wishes for your children and don't really keep a good eye on them. I would NOT recommend!!!!!

I have had a good experience since my kids have been going to this daycare. I was nervous when covid came out about my kids returning to daycare, but I had not choice because I had to return to work. They explained the safety guidelines they were following within the daycare to keep the kids and staff safe which made me feel at ease a little more. Them I have been there dropping off my babies and seeing them sending others home because of temperatures or coughs to make sure everyone is safe. I understand not allowing people to walk through the center that is keeping everyone safe. It is like that at the school of the older kids. I have never had a problem with the staff, director or the owner when I meet her. Everyone was kind and answered all of my questions when I had any. I have never had a complaint from my 5 and 6 year. My two have been attending there form almost 3 years and there has never been a complaint.

I love this daycare my kids have be going here for 2 years now and I’ve never had a problem from any staff if I needed any information about anything pertaining to the daycare their always informative.
