As a former employee, I ask you not to place your children in care with this company. Very unprofessional, high turnover, bad practices, unlawful practices, and inequality of care between favored and less liked children. Parents are mislead on what happens here. Definitely not what you're being told you're getting.
Well, it seemed like an ok facility during the tour, but we never got off the ground. First the owner ignored a text for weeks, then ignored another, so I just went in person. We agreed to give it a shot, and she said she'd send me the paperwork that night...nothing for days. Then, when I politely asked her again to send it, she cited laptop failure, and said she'd send it by the following morning. Again, nothing for days. After that, I moved on - someone whose communication is that poor and insincere is not the person to care for my child.
