Have went to facility to pick up Grandchild and the facility was dirty, no structure at all, understaffed and Children was unruly while no one was paying any attention, bite marks on Grandchild and very soiled diaper, came home to change and more than once diaper area was very red and sore from not being changed. Entrance to daycare is treacherous.
Hello I want to respond to the review above as this childcare place has taken care of my grandson and I have been very happy. This is the only place I would take my grandchildren or any other family member. She is the best. I was present during a recent incident with that family as the mother said they had problems at home and he was taking it out on ms Angie and she apologized to Angie and said she only wants her child with ms Angie as well as he has learned so much. She ask ms Angie to still take care of her child and she was telling the dad to stay away as she didn't want the father picking him up. Angie always puts the daycare kids first and yes kids get wild but that is no harm for children to be wild and run around and sing and laugh. No child has ever been harmed and as I have been there at different times I have heard nothing g but parents so happy about the quality of care ms Angie gives. Obviously this parent above is having his own issues and lashing out please ignore them cause you can come tour her place as I did and the others and find she is the best in Bloomington don't listen to a upset dad that is makin excuses this place follows state regulations to a t and is the kindest and biggest heart your find. The kids learn so much from her and she is always doing fun stuff in their class time as well. Again please visit places before you take anyone's word but people that have to put a negative remark is usually out for revenge due to they have done wrong thenself as a a parent. You want a child play base friendly atmosphere please go check out little angels daycare preschool. I promise your be happy to be there.
My child numerous times now has had bite marks and also most of the time has a #2 in his diaper. 90% of the time my child is also very raw and red before. Also, have noticed while dropping my kid off the other children being violent to each other and Angie not doing anything about it. I also just learned of someone else's bad experience too. They didn't want her to transport their child in a foward facing seat, and caught her doing it anyway.
Any time I ask about the poopy diapers or bite marks she has no recollection. Obviously, she's not honest. And most the time she seems way over worked and stressed out. It's not uncommon to also get a 5 page text about things that don't even pertain to your child. I'm not interested in your private life. I'd rather Angie keep things professional. It usually takes forever to get my child from her as well. She claims she has people that help her but any time you go in it's just her.
Also, was in a rush one day only to come in and find my child once again with a dirty diaper and Angie wouldn't pay any attention to me. Had to change the diaper, had to ask for more wipes and then because he wasn't changed or even buttoned back up right earlier by Angie, had poop all over his clothes. If I had known I'd have brought clothes, seeing how I had to go out in public with a child so smelly he stunk up my car. She left her Mom in charge of the kids that day as she rushed out to go somewhere with her children.
All of my problems with her have all been overlooked and shrugged off as if I wasn't serious and she doesn't own up to anything. Some of her excuses for my problems have been because she said she was sick. Now I can tell you if she's ever sick enough I guarantee you won't have a baby sitter. Where's the 2 week notice in that? Cause if you want to pull your child out you have to still pay for 2 weeks. (Ripoff) If you're "sane" in the least bit you won't take your child here.
