My child’s belongings came up missing frequently. The several times I inquired in person about the items missing, I was assured the staff would look for them and ask other parents, which they did not do. Once I inquired more assertively by directly contacting the owner, she told me she would not accept a 30-day notice and that my child would no longer be able to attend, as of that day. There is also a man that I was not told about sometimes supervising children. He is not listed as an employee (although I assume he is part owner), none the less, it was a shock to not be told about him until showing up one day for pickup and observing him supervising kids outside. The owner cares only for things to be as easy as possible for her and her business, with no care extended to students and their families. Ive also been increasingly concerned by the student to teacher ratio. They advertise a goal of 21 students and only have 2 teachers there at a time, where I thought they would be hiring more teachers before registering that many students. Overall—security and communication are not valued at this establishment.
