This review was based on our experience in 2016. If your children could not speak English fluently, then think twice before enrollment. They would probably say your child is "not ready for the day care / pre school" and "please come back later when he/she could speak English fluently " since the teachers could not spend too much time dealing with your children b/c there are many other kids to be taken care of.
