Just For Little People Learning Center

THIS BUILDING IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. YES, THERE IS A RAMP, BUT IF YOUR CHILD USES A WHEELCHAIR, WALKER, OR BRACE(S) THAT CHILD CANNOT BE PROPERLY CARED FOR BY JFLP.

I began working at Just For Little People on May 20,2024. I enjoyed working there. Ms. Washington was overturning most of her staff for lack of attendance and lack of proper childcare, which I only feel her telling me.

Several days ago, I was watching two classrooms, as there were not two people to watch the two adjoining classrooms. Ms. Tristian had me sit between request classrooms and watch both rowasoms sleep. The way the room was set up, I could not clearly see both classes entirely.
What happened was that the one child who was not required to nap proceeded to cut the other child's hair. To make a long story short, I got Ms. Tristian involved, boy knowing that the six-year-old had snuck and cut multiple children's hair under the table, both figuratively and literally. I was fired for not being aware of multiple children's hair getting cut, but what Tristian fumbled to realize is that for no reason whatsoever I'd have left my spot and left an entire class of two-year-olds unattended because krds week were supposed to be asleep were not resting.
Not to mention, a new employee, who was at work for the third day, has been back on the clock and was on her phone. She found out that a girl's hair had been cut by YNt other girl, and proceeded up raise her voice at the children. We can chat more if anyone cares to, but o beloved they tog conpamyvshpukd be shut down because the director does not seem able to keep a daycare fully functional and safe for all students and employees. Thank you.

I love this daycare center and the staff! My two sons (6 months, 3 yrs) attend and are so happy when I drop them off, which makes me feel better as a parent. Over the years, I've watched the center grow and I know I made the right choice. I absolutely recommend this center!!
