I have tried contacting DiscoverTree through both email and phone calls multiple times for two different children when we found out we were pregnant and have never heard a word back. I am baffled by their inability to return phone calls or emails and can't understand how a business can be run that way. I can't help but wonder what their communication process is like for parents if they can't communicate with potential business.

Staff is amazing, very accommodating towards our children and there ever evolving likes and dislikes. Safety and overall Sanitary hygiene is taken serious which isn’t a cake walk with young children. Food is great, I really don’t know what more you could want? It’s just a fun place!

My niece went here so I’ve seen how this center operates. They’ve been hit with several health and safety violations in the past couple of years, not sure if they have been cleared up. My niece attended here for not even a month as an infant before she was constantly sick and was almost hospitalized due to their lack of sanitation. Upon first glance, staff seemed very well put together and nice, but more and more I noticed things like constant phone use, even among lead teachers. It is clear to me that the staff here are not competent and care more about scrolling through social media than the well-being of your children. There is no diversity amongst employees and I have recently learned they find it difficult to keep employees due to unfair treatment. There are plenty of better places to bring your kids in Winona, price wise, and definitely care wise. Hope this is helpful!
