Director Lee Ann Smith very rude, nasty, and unprofessional she does not report to parents when children in the classroom who has been in contact with your child to you, she walks around with a paddle in her hand to "scare" the children so they will act right. My child has come home with a busted lip and bruise under the eye and when asking what happened no one seems to know. I've picked my child up on 3 separate occasions 2 of where my child's diaper was full like he hadn't been changed in hours, the 3rd occasion he had bowl movement that had plastered to his bottom. She was so unprofessional that when I asked to speak to someone higher, she decided to dismiss my child's voucher. She did not notify me of this until days later after having to email her about my child being out. This is no one that should be a director over any kid. She does not know how to talk to people and i can only imagine what those children have to endure being under Lee Ann Smiths Care.

The director Lynn was very rude and very unprofessional her communication skills were very rude I ask for a covid 19 declaration that she say we received which we never received I couldn't get it when dropping off my grand daughter either
