Giving 1 star because there is nothing less than that because truly this place does not even deserve a half of a star. I would give it negative 10 stars if I had that option.

Combine both reviews above plus the cruelty of feeding the kids McDonalds when they don't feel like cooking, making kids watch movies sitting on a cold concrete floor, and othes. Oh, you'd better keep the handwritten receipts provided by the nasty daughter of the owner who only knows how to talk on the phone, because they will not provide you with a yearly statement for when you have to do your taxes. I guess it's not in their best interest to put in writing in a decent letter head document they amount they received from you. Go figure!

For lack of a better word, bullied is what the children and staff are being through the leadership of Mrs. Ivory. The demeanor in which she speaks to the children and staff is highly inappropriate. After seeing this interaction and the look of fear on the children, this is not a place I would recommend for even a dog.

When enrolling your child. Be sure too check the facility for how children are managed. when entering none of the staff speaks unless the parents speaks. Lack of communication is horribile. All the children seem to be quiet, nervous, and scared too talk. I have never walked into a daycare and there was complete silience. There is a colf feeling when entering the daycare. The owner of the daycare is very confratational . I have yet too receive a hand book about the daycare. The owner has only her daughter, husband, bestfreind, and son running the daycare. The Owner name is Mrs Ivory, she has issues.
