Customer service and communication: I made several attempts to speak with the director by telephone just to get some basic questions answered (of which all of the employees didn't have the authority to provide responses) and never received acknowledgment of my contact or a return communication. So I decided to visit the location to speak with the director and one employee was extremely pleasant, but the person who appeared to be in charge in the director's absence was dismissive and unconcerned about my query. There was also an unpleasant smell of diaper soil in the center, which I smelled as soon as I walked through the door.
