I set up our daughter to start this daycare in the Junior preschool room. I called two times to confirm that the Junior preschool room had space and she could start the day we were planning on starting. We brought her and they put her in the wrong room. Then a week in I realized she was in the wrong room. They told me the correct room was full and she would have to stay with the younger kids. There was no I'm sorry for our mistake. The director was very rude when I brought it up as if it was our fault they put her on the wrong room. This issue messed up our billing. One week in they still hadn't gotten us set up to get in the front door or check our child in. The director also had no clue if all our paperwork was done. She was a disaster. Her teachers were kind and seemed to be good with the kids. The assistant director was also nice. We pulled out daughter out of this daycare one week in. When the captain of a ship is a wreak the ship is going to sink no matter how good the staff is.
