The owner is delusional. She thinks that poor communication will get a message across properly. Clearly doesn't know the definition of proper or clear communication, spineless. Try to resolve any issue, nope... she can't handle it. She worries her staff will quit, as I have written proof of her saying this. Her staff isn't equipped with the knowledge of how to handle stressful situations. They don't teach your children, they heard them. If your child needs any extra attention, forget it! They'll stick them in time out cause her "staff is stressed out and might quit". I pray this lady gets a reality check.
I should have pulled my child sooner. Then mental abuse my child endured here is unreal. Then on the day of this awful email chain I've got, conveniently his teacher scratched his face? Cool, physical abuse now? The state has been notified
Best daycare ever!
My son loves it there...the owners are wonderful! It's like a big family there. Definitely recommend!
Moved to daycare more conveniently located to our family. Had a small credit (less than $30), owner refused to refund our money. Would have been a great review had they chosen to not rob me of our hard earned money.

| 2025-09-05 | Incident Report | Supervision Concern | Substantiated |
| Findings: Supervision Concerns, Safe Sleep Concerns. There were concerns that the facility is often out of compliance with child/staff ratios and has unprofessional business practices. During the investigation, is was found that a staff member did not have a valid CPR certification while providing care which put the infant room out of ratio. Additionally, two infants were observed to be sleeping in swings or bouncers. Due to past incompliances with safe sleep procedures, a follow up investigation will occur to ensure all employees are properly trained on safe sleep procedures and that handouts are posted in the facility. Resolution: Due to the infant room being over ratio, the provider moved a child to another room to bring the facility back into compliance. Safe sleep was also corrected on-site and staff were given information about ratios and safe sleep guidelines. At the follow-up investigation, there were no ratio concerns staff appeared to be well trained in safe sleep. | |||
