The ‘Brandy’ and ‘Brooke’ reviews on here were from the director and her daughter. Do not let them fool you with their 5 star reviews. This childcare establishment is a disgrace. Not only has the director publicly screamed and cursed in employees faces in front of children and their parents, she has also cursed and screamed at the children. The ladies they have working are not there for the children, but checks instead. In my experience here, I have been disrespected, talked down on and I am dumbfounded on how they treat the children. We have complaints of children getting hurt everyday by the teachers, but they place the blame on their classmates. Ripping children up by their arms on the playground, spitting on them, cursing at them and using a vaping device in front of them and then blowing it in the child’s face. The owner of the establishment has been covering up the fact their employees are not trained by DECAL standards at all. They have had more state complaints in the last year than any other daycare I have seen. They should be ashamed of themselves and I wish more parents would come out about their stories because your jaw would be on the floor. Do NOT BRING YOUR KID HERE. Children cannot speak up for themselves, but as adults, we should be advocates for them.

My child was hurt at this daycare multiple times due to the negligence of the staff. If the teachers were following proper guidelines, the incidents could have been prevented. Majority of the girls they hire to work here are filled with drama, and we hear it in the mornings and in the afternoons when dropping off and picking our children up. These young women are rude and have nasty attitudes a lot of the time. A child even got a hold to a teacher's vape! This credibility of this daycare is deteriorating at a rapid pace! I would NOT recommend this daycare to ANYONE.

*DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!*  *now that you've been warned*. this place shouldn't be allowed to be responsible for children. I have never encountered such a cluster you know what. This place is unacceptable in every way imaginable and tbh almost everyone that works there should be in jail not just fired, that is how bad this place is yall! if you love your kids you wouldnt ever, not even for a last resort bc you have to work or else you lose your place to live , not then even should you bring your child to this place because your child might actually die. im so serious. this establishment needs to be investegated.

If you’re looking for a daycare that is 100% invested in teaching your child this is the place to go! Every teacher employed here has a passion for children and we all love our jobs.

I have worked in childcare for over 16 years, both public school and now daycare. I’m which I have been employed by 2 other centers in return I left due to personal reasons. However meeting Tressa Cagle was just what the doctor ordered. I can say I have my new work family at Wiggles and Giggles. The love the teachers show to the kids and the pride they have in their rooms makes all the difference. I recommend anyone with a child to come see us and take a tour
