I have used this provider for less than 6 months

While the center directors and teachers made it seem like a great place to be TLE Centennial deserves 0 as a rating.
My child was constantly sick...caught the norovirus 1 of the 2 times it went around the center. They called me for every little thing but when he got a bloody nose they never called to notify me. He would come home with bruises on his head and I'm sure they would take his temp after being on the playground...call me and tell me he is running a fever and needs to be picked up. I provided bibs for feeding and yet they never used...the clothes became a loss cause since they left him dirty all day long. The center director Tara only cares about her baby girl who attends the center. During COVID pickups...loads of parents outside waiting and Tara and other director just sit and watch one teacher run back and forth instead of helping. Plenty of times sent kiddo with poop in his diaper and I'd have to tell them to change him before taking him home. Overall, they like to send your kid home but collect your money and have no consideration of a working family. Glad I got out before the regarding safe sleep violations at TLE Centennial.
*There were two cribs in the Infant A classroom with mattresses that did not fit snuggly. No infants were observed in these cribs at the time of inspection. There were laminated sheets of paper inside all of the cribs posing a potential hazard as the pieces of paper were coming off the inside of the cribs.
*• Identified in the Infant A and Infant B classroom cribs with loose fitting sheets. In Infant room A, an infant was asleep on their stomach and had the sheet bundled up by their face and in their hand. Previously cited on 6/3/21. • In the Infant B classroom after the licensing specialist told the two teachers that the mombella mushroom (teething toy) could not go in the crib, an infant was found in the crib with the teething toy.
*Observed an infant that had fallen asleep in a bouncy seat and an infant that had fallen asleep on the play mat that were not moved immediately in the Infant A classroom.
*Observed an infant in the Infant A classroom swaddled with the velcro around the belly area with their arms out in a crib. The director was not able to locate a file for this child nor a doctor's note stating the infant needed to be swaddled.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDDO HERE!!!!!!!!
