I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The Nursery classroom and Ms. Alyssa have been awesome. However, I have two children that have attended this facility. My 4YO son's experience have been turbulent. There is poor classroom mngnt that leads to my child escalating. The teachers say and do things that create meltdowns. When my child is visibly upset, they will get in his face on his level to deescalate or intimidate. Not sure WTH they think they are doing. My child only has good days when he is the victim of unprovoked violence by other students. There is disproportionate treatment and the classroom teacher will verbalize her bias against your child. If you would like a center where you cannot guarantee your toddlers safety. This is the place for you.
