I both worked here and brought my child here. As an employee, I am so glad to be gone. The long time staff are cliquey and unprofessional, with management clearly playing favorites, (although they say they don’t have favorites, they just have “different relationships” with certain people). The group chat, that was required for “work communication” purposes was inundated with sexual innuendos, personal plans, and so much gossip. The director is a conspiracy nut who openly claims that hurricanes are man made, ghosts are real, and crystals have powers. As a parent, I would sooner hire a random high schooler off their own mother’s word to watch my child rather than a single one of the “teachers” still there. They shuffle the kids around based on which ones they like vs which they don’t want to deal with that day, rather than what is developmentally most appropriate for that child. They share their own junk food with the children and do very little to stop the children from sharing food and teethers, meaning illnesses are always rampant in the younger rooms. They frequently ignore parents’ wishes and mock their parenting choices, such as choosing to only feed their child minimally processed foods rather than the school provided daily rations of crackers and miscellaneous added sugars. I genuinely fear for any child who might go through that school with severe allergies, because they do not give a s*** about food restrictions. The toddler playground was a construction zone with a half finished fence and a random assortment of used, half broken climbers for the entire time we were there. It’s a miracle there haven’t been severe injuries. TLDR: Don’t send your children here. The staff are lazy and incompetent, and the owner doesn’t care about your family past how much money you can pay her.

The owner is fake and doesn't care about the families or children. She is in it for the money and that is it. She doesn't care what the teachers do and she fires people for no reason upon when they confront her on things that people do wrong or emails that they sent out in a unprofessional way starting a email with, "Hey, B's!" She plays favoritism to a lot of teachers and have them on her Facebook page, which should not be allowed as a manager. There is teachers in the infant room that cuss in front of infants and talk about personal stuff like sex or parting. She is renting out the building, which the owner has it up for sale and not telling the families. There is a girl their that smokes pot and has her criminal boyfriend dropping her off with there baby. The owner only hires people that have no education background and hires friends from friends to stuck around. A teacher told a child to his face that she didn't like him and told the boss that child cussed at her, which he didn't do that at all. There is a teacher in there that has asthma as coughs on the children and the owner doesn't do nothing. When teachers leave or get let go the owner steals your stuff. The parents are amazing, but the owner of the facility has no management background skills to run a center. When a teacher gets let go she automatically threatens all the teachers as tells them to not be friends with certain teachers. She also threatens the person as call the police on them for not talking to any staff or parents. Angie the owner is a two face and psycho, so please watch out if your child goes there.

The management skills and will not bring my children back at all.
