First want to say some (just because i dont know all of them) of the teachers are great. For example Joann is one of the best baby room teachers i have ever had the pleasure of knowing and you can 100% you baby in her loving hands. That being said it is clear the moral is low. Administration doesn't know how to treat people or children for that matter well at at. The workers are are bad tend to have free rein to do whatever and the good ones tend to leave. If you are considering Pre K do so at your own risk. One of the teachers is an arrogant and selfish excuse of a teacher. Oh and if she hates your child they will be labeled as the "problem Child" or need help. I know two other parents that this has happened to and once their children were removed they was suddenly better at the new locations. If you are expecting teachers who will work with you DO NOT use the prek program at little eagle. I mean shes great for telling you everything that is wrong and that your child wont be successful. My son went from loving school to crying and begging my wife if he could just stay home. And you know what his teacher thinks? Hes like that because he has a "disability and trouble developing". If you report it don't expect much there the director pretty much rolls over with anyone like a doormat. Oh and because teachers are so hard to come by reporting to the Program director might be a waste too. Its Berkeley County WV and the reputation outside of sports really isn't that great...atleast not lately.
