I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Pinebrook is one of the best Montessori preschools in the area. I have joined as a staff and fell in love with team work, management support all the time.
I have worked in other montessori schools in the area and I was not satisfied and I can’t get montessori materials even after several requests. But at Pinebrook ,we as staff can get all our required materials ASAP and they are very understanding .
I also have enrolled my daughter after couple of months I have started ,as I see children being challenged with their academics .Special mention to montessori pre-K rooms staff who are really amazing and my daughter just turned 3.5years and she reads primary phonic books and started subtractions.Every child gets their required attention.
The school has wonderful curriculum & great team which is possible with the support of the management.
I love the school !

I am an employee

I worked for the company for about a month. Pinebrook should be shut down, this child care center is only in compliance when licensing shows up, they stay out of ratio especially in the infants, toddlers and two's classrooms. The milk and food is used for the children even if it's out dated. The teachers sweep off the tables with brooms but use water to clean tables. They don't supply children with plates, forks, or napkins, they used tissue out the bathroom to hold food instead of small plates. Don't trust the owner all staff aren't Montessori trained.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This facility does the bare minimum. My kid started in infant room where not once was her sleep sack put on her properly. Staff insisted that for warmth I must provide a loose blanket, otherwise kid goes without cover during naps. Now a toddler, kids are given cheez-its and animal crackers for snacks. No milk, no juice, no fruits and no vegetables. Staff hide toys and give them torn paper to play. There are no coloring pencils/crayons available and no books. Kids bathroom is used by adult aides. Classroom for infant/teacher ratio always exceeding 1:3, toddler classroom often at 14/class with only 2 teachers.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Our 21 month old has attended Pinebrook for 8 months. She loves the program and so do we. Her teachers are warm and nurturing and responsive to her needs. She loves the huge indoor gym where the children can exercise and play no matter what the weather. We appreciate getting photos and videos during the day to show what she is doing as well as updates on naps, food and toileting/diaper changes. The classroom are bright, cheerful and have the appropriate Montessori furnishings

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

this place is all about the business, money comes first.
they always are over the ratio but they know how to manage it to not letting parents know, baby room was scary with too many baby when i went without schedule exactly the day after my schedule tour,
i knew a teacher who used to work there, she told me there is no benefit ,sick or vacation and overtime pay for the teachers and everybody thinking about quitting, teachers always look tired ,running around the rooms and have a lot to do with less than lowest wage.
so i could not trust them and took my poor baby out and i would like to share my experience with you.
