I am writing this review to inform other parents. Seeing that a lot of parents are uncomfortable writing reviews, I felt like mine will help others when placing your child here. When my child was 8 months old he was coming home covered in bug bites, constantly coming home with major diaper rashes (a couple times it was so bad he didn't want to sit) and they made excuses like; he has sensitive skin. Its crazy how he never had them at home. He also came home with a cut on his forehead and the way they told me was on a sticky note before they brought him out to me. No one came out to explain what happened. When addressing these issues with the owner she became irate. The last time she screamed and yelled at me and called me a bad mom, I felt as if this person I am giving the responsibility to take of my son can scream and yell at me over the phone.....what happens when parents are not present...
