I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I’m very disappointed with this center. Nothing is as it seems here. The owner is not as involved in the kids as she makes us believe and the only reason the kids give her a hug in the morning is because they are scared of her. No matter what time of the day you show up she is never there. I’m very upset with how I was lied to and thought this would be a great place. My child is always hungry and thirsty when they get home. The portions of the plates are so small; and they are supposed to get breakfast lunch and two snacks. They never receive the second snack. My child has also told me they have been spanked and no one will admit to it. I will never send my child to this place again. I have seen the hand prints myself. ????

Owner response : This is Amanda the owner just wanting to reach back out to you on this untrue review. I am at my facility at least 10 hours a day I open every morning myself so not seeing me is pretty impossible. I also have 3 cameras in the building and my family’s are more than welcome to view the footage any time. The children all are very well taken care of and they all mean so much to me. But I’m sure that is pretty obvious as how they all run in the door and hug me and my staff. Things they would not do if scared of anyone let’s use common since here. The state does monitor our facility just like all other licensed facilities you can check that out on the states website. I’ve got a pretty good idea who posted this nasty untrue review and it’s ok my center reputation speaks for itself. But we will certainly continue loving our children and parents and we’ll say a prayer for you this evening.
