Equipment and furnishings were not sturdy, stable and free of hazards. In space 2-1, a shelf above the dramatic play area was not secure and was very dusty.

All equipment and furnishings were not in good repair. On the infant playground, there was a broken bin lid. A red toy had chipping paint on the toddler playground and a fallen wooden board with protruding nails was on the preschool playground.
