I have used this provider for more than 6 months

All the staff in Y kids are great. They take great care of my child. However, I feel very uncomfortable at the Caldwell YMCA because the director of the Caldwell YMCA is the worst. He said he didn't care about my concerns saying nobody else complains about that. He put me on the defensive calling me a liar. He was very intimidating taking it personal that I had some concerns in the first place. I will not go to the Caldwell YMCA again.
