I would not recommend this child care facility to anyone. We sent our children here for less than 6 months and had a slew of issues that we had to deal with, including our child coming home in a soaked pull-up, which had clearly not been changed when the paper indicated, our older child was put into a classroom with children 2 years younger and was not being provided with age-appropriate care until behaviors started and he suddenly was able to go to the age-appropriate classroom. Our older child came home on multiple occasions saying that one of the teachers grabbed him by the wrist, squeezed his wrist until it hurt, and yelled at him when he was trying to write his letters. There was little communication from the teachers about our children. The only time there was a conversation was when the owner walked our children out and she had something negative to say. Nothing positive was ever reported and the teachers never made an appearance unless it was requested. Ultimately, this was not the place we hoped it would be for our children.
