Tiny Turtles Daycare

This company is running my fathers credit card for child care fees. We live in GEORGIA. The number is disconnected and Google says their PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
FRAUDULENT CHARGES.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the only good thing they have right now is the new director and the cook other wise the other employee yells at the kids sticks them in time out of the littlest things multiple parents pulled there kids out of this daycare when the old director opened her own daycare this daycare I have worked there multiple times and have quit each time bc the board higher anyone they have had one bad employee after another they don’t do anything we they have a bad employee they just keep them bc no one wants to work there bc of the drama. Once my son was born and I went back to work at the daycare when he was 10 months old they cut my hours bc they lost all their kids so to be nice and help them out I sent my son every other Tuesday to every week on Tuesday I changed my days to Tuesdays bc I Hurd the employee that was mean to the kids was working alone on mondays and last time my son was there with that person I got multiple calls about my son falling or being told if he wasn’t going to take a nap I had to get him from daycare and he had dry poop on his bottom and diaper rash so bad staff are constantly on their phones and don’t great parents when we pick up or drop off. And for them to use all my pull ups on other kids. And then when the new director started they changed policy and said that if u don’t come on a regular basis they would charge 42$ for a drop in rate even thought I told them month in advance for the days I got charged 42$ then I texted board members about my bill and didn’t hear anything back till I told them that my son would no longer be attending this daycare and we’ll be attending the daycare the old director started. They are unorganized and let there staff treat the parents poorly. I we’ll never recommend this daycare to any of my parent friends

Tiny Turtles Opened in 2013, the community needed a daycare facility. Through out the years I think they have had 6-7 directors. I took my kid out, when the director at the time Karissa opened a in home daycare at her house. A year or so later she got a different job, I decided to take my kid back to Tiny Turtles and we tried it out for a few years they’ve had HORRIBLE STAFF since. People that shouldn’t be working there at all, so a board members daughter took her 3 kids out and hired a nanny. I kept taking my kids there thinking it would get better, it did after a while and then it got worse again. I take my kids to a home daycare now and it’s the best thing for me and my kids. The daycare is good for the community but you can’t have bad staff. I really hope they can get it together and figure it out and get more kids in there.

I went in there for a child application and the one employee that was there she was very rude she handed me a application and continued to be on her phone and the place was a mess there was food on the tables food on the floor, high chairs were filthy I did not feel like this was a place for my child so I walked out and I found a wonderful daycare in Underwood.

Tiny turtles has been threw a lot of changes in the last couple months with getting an amazing new director and getting the new kitchen the kids have so much fun and my son enjoys going to daycare they are warm and welcoming with the kids and parents during drop off..

I worked at Tiny Turtles Daycare for a few months. I had to quit. The employees do not care for the children. Employees are rough with the kids. Parents complain about one of the employees there.. board members new how employees were and would not do anything about that one employee not changing diapers, not caring for the kids, not cleaning, not cooking, being rough. I had to quit because it go to the point where they didn’t care and I couldn’t handle them not doing anything about the employee. They have 3 kids left there... I loved being with the kids but no one not doing anything about that employee was a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to anyone... so much drama with board members and stuff

Where to begin with this place.
