I have used this provider for more than 6 months

the staff at LRA go above and beyond taking care of my child! was super hesitant to let my child attend a daycare but with having to go back to work it was not an option. LRA took every bit of stress off my shoulders. My son absolutely loves going, the staff treat him so well, any concerns are addressed immediately and with an open mind. I feel like they love my child like family and as a parent that makes me feel good knowing they treat him how I want him treated. overall I would not send my son anywhere else. If you are thinking of this facility know your child will be in good hands!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Everyone at the center takes great care of my daughter. She has learned so much in her two years being there. The staff are always friendly with me. They always call if there is a concern or question. My daughter loves going there.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Negative: Owner, Director, Assistant Director are completed seperated from the reality of the children potentially being poisoned or unncecessarily becoming severely ill regularly. Each of them seem to have a strangely defensive approach to handling parental concerns. Not only are they not concerned about the possibility of poorly managing food safety, sanitary concerns or other, but their defensive approach to not wanting to identify any root cause that could be mitigated actually points to negligence. Negligence is not a word that I want associated with humans I pay to care for my children. When the top 3 in the chain-of-command are each idividually, arrogantly opposed to being approached with an open conversation on how to identify and possibly discuss any optional remedies, you know something even more disgusting is going on. Any mention of food handling safety, water quality, or air quality has been met with a swift response, "If youre not happy, then leave".There have been countless complaints scrubbed from internet searches. Entire classrooms of children out "sick" on the exact same days happening at least every 2 weeks for a min 6 months but likely gone unnoticed by myself for many years. My youngest child lost 20% of his body weight because he could not eat for 5 days this last "sickness". NONE of my children have EVER gone more than 24hrs without food due to sickness. I am convinced that this was a poisoning and in retrospect am wondering if there were many other poisonings as well. I am seriously concerned for the lives of the remaining children attending this childcare facility. Not only is the leadership seeming to collude to protect the business, but the unprofessional backlash regarding the safety of the children over these past 6 months is insane. The health and welfare of the children are supposed to superceed any paranoid thoughts of financial liabilty. Completely surreal and disgustingly innapropriate behavior
