The director does not treat most employees with respect. Unless you suck up, the director will show no effort to bond with you. The director has not been truthful to parents about different situations. The director handles problem situations with parents in a rude manner unless you are a church member family or suck up parent. The director does not keep her employees informed with important information which results in parents finding out information first most of the time. The director has favorite employees who can do no things wrong, and the employees who don't suck up get scolded for the slightest things that the other employees do as well. The children are under excellent care from the teachers. Most of the teachers do a phenomenal job teaching the students and helping them grow.
This daycare is a load of crap with the Director running it. She has favorites of parents especially the ones who actually are affiliated with the church and bring in that money. If the church wants the reputation to stand high then getting rid of that director will benefit them. It's pathetic how they act like it's a privilege to be sending our kids there when parents are actually keeping them in business to begin with.
excellent place for children to attend. My daughter absolutely loves it and it is a very positive environment.
