I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Nikki is great with kids, but she isn’t dependable whatsoever. She will make arrangements with you, then change her mind last minute. She takes numerous vacations during the year (half are paid). Plus she finds any excuse to be closed. If you’re looking for someone honest and dependable, look elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. In 2020, my family went through a very difficult season when my mother was hospitalized, and my sister and I had to take turns caring for her. While I believed I had communicated these challenges with families at the time, I understand how the changes may have felt disruptive. For over 30 years, I have been a licensed childcare provider, completing continuing education each year and building lasting relationships with families in my care. Dependability, honesty, and creating a safe, loving environment for children have always been at the heart of what I do. Many families have entrusted me with their children for years, and some of the little ones I once cared for are now returning with their own children—a joy and honor I treasure deeply. I sincerely regret that this family’s experience was less than what I strive for, and I remain fully committed to the consistency, reliability, and nurturing care that families have come to expect from me.
