If I could, I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. My oldest who is 7 now started here, and my 5 year old and 2 year old attended. Cindy is the absolute RUDEST person who shouldn’t running a daycare. She’s rude to the kids, yelling at them in the hallways when they’re barely of age to understand being quiet. She’s definitely a bully. She will talk over you to make sure her point is proven. My 5 year old told me she “hit” him, so that was a whole ordeal within itself. At the holiday programs, it’s just her getting on the CHILDREN for being kids since she starts it in the evening when they’ve already had long days, along with her boasting about how great she thinks her family is. Literally it. For Easter, my 7 year old started back when he was like 5 years old the week of one year and she didn’t get him the same thing as the other kids. It’s just been one thing after another with this lady. She’s lucky Amber has been with her for so long but even she couldn’t make me want to take my 2 year old back now that he’s been withdrawn again. Just don’t do it. It’s horrible.

This place is a joke. Both of my grandsons have attended this place. They treated the oldest horribly. I have video of him being yanked away from his uncle by the director during a Christmas Program. I also have video of the same woman blaming him when he was being picked on. Now my youngest grandson gets bitten. No incident report was made, my daughter and son-in-law were never informed and both children were kicked out when the incident was reported to the state. If you value your child and do not want them in a miserable bullying place do not enroll them here. The bullying starts with the director who clearly has her favorites.
