He was a drop in while his mother did errands. Provider will notify her daughter her grandson cannot attend until he turns two years old in July. While LS was on the virtual inspection with the provider, one of the other infants was picked up by his mother. LS discussed this regulation with the provider who said it will not be an issue to only have two infants present after today. She is now aware that there is no 30 day grace period for turning two years old.
