I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My son attended this Day School in spring of 2019.
In October of 2020, this school took my routing number from our application in 2019 (for direct deposit) and charged $590, with zero warning, zero written notices, zero emails, zero calls, and zero explanation.
Their reason once contacted (I was in tears): “Your account needed to be closed.”
Our account was closed LAST year.
COVID hit them hard, so they decided to steal people’s money to keep their heads above water. I suspect I wasn’t the only one. Now, I’m struggling to make my own ends meet. Unethical, unprofessional, illegal - and from a church.
