This place is the most unprofessional, rudest, untrustworthy place I have ever dealt with. Worst business practices, they double dip when they used my daughters childcare voucher, she paid them for a month and they cashed in the voucher for the same month. When she asked for a refund of the over payment that she paid they refused to return it and said they would use it for the next month. But why would they do that if a SC Voucher is there to be used? If she could of afforded to give the $700.00 away during COVID she never would have applied for the voucher program. This day care did not do the right thing.
Ms Joy and her staff really enjoy what they do and it shows through the children. They love coming to daycare and the staff really cares about the children's development as well. My son has been going there for almost 2 years and everyday he showing me and telling me something new he learned at house of joy. I am so glad i chose this daycare for my child to learn and grow.
