What I thought was going to be a Beautiful experience started off really well but ended with headaches and drama. ???? The owner seemed sweet initially, but I quickly learned that that was a façade. She presented herself as understanding and caring and concerned, but underneath the surface was a really nasty attitude. What was ESPECIALLY appalling to me was the fact that after a billing ERROR that she was responsible for, when brought to her attention (she randomly billed me for TWO WEEKS instead of the ONE WEEK’S fees) she laughed off the incident and tried to put off the resolution for another week!! ???? When I communicated that I was uncomfortable with/unwilling to wait a week to have her correct the mistake, she was everything BUT apologetic! I was completely offended that she would give ME attitude when SHE was at fault! HIGHLY unprofessional!

To add insult to injury, they became bothered by my asking them to send pictures of my baby. I have a two year old and on some days I’d go all the way until 2PM and NEVER get an update! When I reached out to ask them to send me updates, recently, they claimed to be “too busy.” Two days in a row I got NO PICTURES and had no idea What my baby’s day consisted of.

I would Seriously recommend you consider another facility. The owner, Mrs. Lucy, is nice-nasty and you may eventually catch wind of her mean-spirited ways. I’d avoid the trouble completely, if I were you.
