Victory Childrens Center

Was very disappointed in the child care that was provided by this center. My 2 year old granddaughter attended this center for 4 days. They argued my daughter about my granddaughters jacket. Told her it was not my grandaughters and it was...the teacher said im just going to give it to you, even thou i dont believe it her. Clearly if you look at cameras my
Grandchild arrived in the jacket that morning. My grandaughter saw her brother and took off from playground and made it to the parking lot. The teacher grabbed her by the arm so hard, when i picked her up she had bruising on her right forearm. The woman that runs the office had my grandaughter in the office asleep on a cot with no pillow her sheets were not on the cot, covered up with a blanket that wasnt even hers. I asked her whose cover this was she said my daughter brought it. It was a red and black cover. My granddaughters cover was pink and purple and minni mouse brand new. Just bought for her for day care. They secluded my grandchild from the class. They said sissy was the most disobedient child they ever had. Keep in mind she is 2, and the woman in the office that claims to have been a principle for 25 years told my daughter that her child was very pretty on the outside and very ugly on the inside. I would'nt put my dog in the care of that place. They charge 180 a week you bring there food and drinks, that friday the teacher allowed other children to eat my granddaughters snacks, and my daughter brought chocolate milk for her everyday. And sissy never got to drink it. They gave her water. They also had days they never changed her pull up. She was sent home with a poopy pull up. My daughter sent blue pull ups to day care and brought her to daycare in pink so she would know if she was changed. Just a little extra my grandaughter has been in head start since she was a baby, and never once was treated the way she was there. And never had a bad report ever. If i was 2 and had my food taken from me and my blanket, and made to take a nap with a blanket thats not mine, i dont think i would be to happy either to see another child with your blanket. I went on monday to take that blanket back and get hers and of course they didnt have her blanket. And tried to tell me she never had a pink and purple blanket....shaking my head!!!
