Very disappointed. Poor handling from owner and director after trying to discuss concerns over care. Toddler was bitten three times at school in a six week period, since starting there (documented by staff, leaving bruises). Preschooler was bullied by the same child, being called names "stupid", thrown objects toward (leaving bruises), and being grabbed (leaving scratches), all of which had to be found out at home, of which all was told to the preschool teacher by child and child recollects the teacher reacting by telling the other child to stop... But when asked about by parent to the school, and why there was no report or documentation, the director claims the preschool teacher denies knowing anything about it.
Seems that the school is heavily understaffed, although "above ratio" with state standards. When we told them we would find other care (our two week notice), we were told our children were not welcomed back, and provided a "voided" contract at the door with our children's belongings. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Would not recommend to anyone. We are very thankful for being led away and confident God will provide better care for our family.
