The staff members and and onesha Thompkins are all friends and in their early 20s. It’s the mean girls club if they don’t like you or if you get more attention thenThem. . They all smoke weed and talk sh** about the kids. Onesha doesn’t have the best report with family as they can all read through her fake exterior and high pitched voice. She most importantly does not have integrity when it comes to the children. If you confide in her about the wrong doing of her young staff members like Tatiana, Onesha tells the staff member which allows them to retaliate towards kids. They twerk with the children Tatiana and Onesha that is. The higher ups Being director and HR! only protect them selves not the employees that actually make the change in children. This is a sad facility.
