For some time being my daughter attended…
For some time being my daughter attended Jack & Jill Early Childcare located 2527 Old Rockbridge Rd Norcross, GA 30071(770) 448-1066. I like many other parents did some research and for some reason this child care had nothing but good review. But then again they only had 3. Which i would've know it was fraud and they probably wrote it themselves. On numerous occasion i saw my daughter along with many other children drink water a sink right next to their bathroom. This sink has no water filter system and i asked more than 1 teach to forbid my daughter from drink for the sink right next the bathroom with no FILTER. They assured me they only allow child from a filter fountain near the kitchen (typically the Refrigerator water filter.) However, after i brought this to owner Bebe's attention among her teacher, Once again I saw teacher's and staff handing children plastic cups directing children to the sink next to the bathroom( with no water filter) to drench their thirst. Occasionally i would look into through window to observe my daughter and sadly on many occasion i caught teaching scolding at the children to the point the children was frightened, or yanking and dragging the children by the arm and shoving then on a corner, put the child up to their face and terrifying the children. I pulled out my daughter immediately worried about her well being On 02/05/2013 i went by to pick up my tax exemption form, Michelle the director refused to provide me one and start cursing blasphemously in front of the children and slammed the door on my face. All i asked for is my tax for to file my taxes. Of course all the children were again frighten, crying and screaming. Bebe is the owner and i left her numerous message and she has not once returned my call. Sadly this is how they conduct their business and i am quite concerned for the children who attends this childcare and wonder if the parents are aware of all this health misconduct and child abuse. This facility emphasize how they are cost competitive. I agree it's cheaper but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Is this something you want to risk for your children? You should NOT send your child here.
