I am so thankful to Countryside and it's teaching team for all they do. My child has learned so much and loves going to school! It is nice to know when I drop her off that she will be well taken care of and loved. I highly recommend Countryside to everyone I can!
My family has always had the most positive experiences at Countryside! I have had two children in the program, both started in the infant program and have worked their way through with my oldest having graduated and my youngest currently in Pre-K. The teachers there have always treated us like family. We have had parent-teacher conferences and have always gotten phenomenal feedback and advice when our children have struggled with various concerns and it is clear that the teachers are well trained and know their stuff. Everyone there has always been kind and approachable and helped us to resolve any concern. I recommend Countryside to everyone I know!
I have seen many teachers on their phones throughout the day. I have seen a child on a teacher's social media, without a parent's knowledge and permission. I asked a staff member about their training for employees and there are none required. Some do not even know CPR. There are no cameras so if anything happens, it is a he-said-she-said. There are not many safety precautions that have noticed.
