I am a retired preschool teacher/director. When I was looking for a preschool for my great grandson, I visited Bright Beginnings. What "sold" me on the center was the friendliness of the Director. She answered all questions and was friendly & loving to my grandson. I could tell by her demeanor that she has a love for children and wants the best for them. The number of teachers in each classroom (2) was another plus. We enrolled my grandson full time and he loves it!
The owner is a good person but doesn't know how to properly run a business. Constantly changing her mind without telling the staff. Lack of communication. Never an updated staff employee hand book. I get that things change but changing rules every other day confuses staff members. Not receiving hours and wage increase as promised and was the reason for leaving. I wish you the best in the future.
