They are the best! They not only give tons of love and attention to all the kids, but they cater to special needs kids as well, like food allergies. They make sure all kids are working their hardest and living their best toddler lives. They are quick to respond to emergencies and very well trained!
They are also one of the only DAYCARES IN WA that didnt get COVID...
I would recommend Kreative Kids to everyone! <3
THEY IGNORED A DAIRY ALLERGY THAT MY SON HAS THAT WAS VOICED BY ME MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY HAVE A DOCTOR’S NOTE REGARDING THE ALLERGY. THEY GAVE HIM DAIRY TWICE IN THE COURSE OF TWO WEEKS (THAT I KNOW OF).
AND THEY CLAIMED MY SON “FELL” AND SCRAPED NEARLY HALF OF HIS FACE ON CONCRETE AND NOT A SINGLE INCIDENT REPORT WAS WRITTEN WHEN I GOT THERE NOR WAS I CONTACTED. THEY LET ME KNOW HOURS LATER WHEN I CALLED THE CENTER MYSELF TO CHECK ON MY CHILD. MY SON’S TEACHER CLAIMS THE SCRATCHES WERE SMALL. WHEN I WENT TO PICK HIM UP HE HAD AN ABRASION ABOVE HIS EYE, SCRATCHES BELOW HIS EYE, AND ABRASIONS IN TWO SPOTS ON HIS NOSE. HIS TEACHER SAID HE BLED WHEN HE FELL BUT STILL DIDNT CONTACT ME OR CARE TO HAVE HIM CHECKED TO SEE IF HE HAD A CONCUSSION. BUT INSTEAD SHE PUT HIM DOWN FOR A NAP AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. HE IS ONLY 12 MONTHS OLD.
AFTER I BROUGHT EVERYTHING TO THE DIRECTORS ATTENTION.. SHE KICKED MY SON OUT. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
