Little Chiefs Daycare

My son is 3 today. He was diagnosed ASD level 3 a few months ago. He has been in this center for 7-8 months or so. I told the daycare owner and teachers about his diagnosis and they had not expressed any concern over being able to provide care. On 6/17 It was brought to my attention, via text by one of the teachers, that my son didn't eat all day. I suggested feeding him some of the snacks I brought in, to keep in his cubby. The owner, Renee, butted in and said "We prefer the kids to eat their snacks and lunch. Other little ones do not understand why someone else is eating and they're not." I then suggested multiple ways to help him eat...bringing in his lunch myself mainly. Throughout multiple conversations up through pickup 6/22 she said absolutely no. I was then made aware that my son is ALWAYS so hungry, and they have to sneak him snacks so he can make it through the day, but are afraid to get in trouble by Renee. She dismissed the LAW that I printed out for her from ADA website, as well as a DR note written for him to eat what i provide. She would not work with me on finding a reasonable solution that resulted in my son having his basic nutritional needs met. She then tells me (brand new news to me) that my 3 year old son is a bully; he bullies all of the kids every single day. He is the only one that is not potty trained, and it just takes way too much time to change his diapers. The girls spend too much time and attention on him that they don't have. Basically that he is too big of a problem, and she said we need to find another daycare if I want to make sure my son will eat.
I left the daycare, her yelling at me and I was sobbing,carrying my boys out to my car. I have never been treated in such a disgusting way, nor witnessed such a self-centered, manipulative person, that claims to have the best interest of children in mind. All I wanted was my child to eat.
