This daycare is the best of all of them. I see these employees working their butts off to do the best they can. They may want you to come earlier than 5:30 because they know we can, we have done it countless times. I bet if you were in their shoes you wouldn't last a day!
They dont watch the kids. I heard a teacher tell one kid to shut up. They make kids sit alone in the hall if they misbehave. Id have to leave money and wait days for a receipt and money would go missing. Etc.
They claim their hours are until 5:30 p.m., but complain if you pick up your child after 5 o'clock. They also don't take responsibility if your child gets insect bites or other injuries while at school. Sadly, they are the only child care center in town.
