I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I am still waiting to hear back regarding the over payment I made since we had no way of knowing the facility would be closing. I have called every day for the last 2 months and finally got ms Ross on the phone Two weeks ago and was told that she would get back to me and still hasn’t. Please HELP

Very old school with a southern charm. Long time workers and down to earth. Great prices and help with potty training.
