Foothills Park & Rec Ctr - Lilley Gulch

I would be very cautious with enrolling your child at Lilley Gulch , especially in the part-day preschool Program. Kim, an aide in The Colorado Room is extremely unprofessional and is horrible to the children. Kim has been caught yelling at the kids to the point of making them cry, she sits with her back turned for hours of the day, she is always on her phone/computer, she be little every staff member that they have work with her, ( that's why no consistent teacher stays) she acts immature: burping and talking inappropriately with and to the children. Kim has something over the center because she is the only staff member that can yell at her boss, the kids, other works, and take no accountability and still keep a job there. state has been called several times do to Kim and 9 cares will now be getting a call. the money isn't worth the poor treatment you will allow your child re receive from Kim and the center. It's actually sad that Kim is the problem of the center. I will continue to advice local families to stay away from Lilley Gulch and to stay away from Kim. Shame on H.R and Jonah for keeping Kim around
